Laborer

A well-established manufacturing company in Montoursville is seeking motivated individuals to join their production team. In this role, you will support production operations by moving lumber and finished materials to and from machinery, helping machine operators maintain an efficient workflow and meet production goals.

Schedule: Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Mandatory overtime may be required during peak production periods

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Load and unload lumber and finished products for machine operators
• Move materials throughout the production area safely and efficiently
• Assist in maintaining an organized and productive work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work overtime as needed during busy production seasons
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to bend, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for up to 10-hour shifts
