What You'll Do:
- Help maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites & communities
- Assist Builders with day-to-day construction tasks and punch-out items
- Ensure homes are ready for work each day and secured each evening
- Help manage deliveries, materials, signage, trash removal, and site appearance
- Support homeowner touchpoints and help create a positive customer experience
- Work alongside Trade Partners and TEAM members to keep projects moving efficiently
