Laborer / Carpenter

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Job Description

A&R Comfort Solutions LLC is looking to hire a reliable Laborer / Carpenter to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who has hands-on construction experience, takes pride in their work, and is willing to show up ready to work each day.

This position will include general labor, carpentry work, jobsite prep, cleanup, material handling, assisting with remodels, repairs, installs, and other construction-related projects.

We are willing to train the right person, but applicants should have at least 2–4 years of carpentry or construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with carpentry, remodeling, repairs, and construction projects
• Measure, cut, install, and assemble materials as needed
• Help with framing, trim work, flooring, drywall, siding, decks, and general construction tasks
• Load, unload, and move tools, materials, and equipment
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe
• Follow directions from the project lead or manager
• Work well with other crew members and customers
• Show up on time and ready to work

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of carpentry or construction experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift materials and perform physical labor
• Must be dependable, respectful, and professional
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Pay

Pay is based on experience, skill level, reliability, and overall ability. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, with some occasional weekends depending on workload and project deadlines.
