Laboratory Technician – Quality Services

We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support Quality Services by performing routine laboratory testing, sample analysis, media and reagent preparation, glassware cleaning, and general laboratory housekeeping. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting quality control activities, ensuring compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and safety standards, and assisting senior laboratory personnel with technical tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, basic laboratory knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting testing deadlines.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related science preferred
• 0–1 year of laboratory experience
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to interpret test results and maintain accurate documentation
• Willingness to work overtime when needed

Work Environment:
This position involves working in a laboratory setting with exposure to chemicals, powders, and common food allergens. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
