ResponsibilitiesTo manage the Department of Pathology Reference Lab services. To work with IT Analysts and the LIS Analyst to maintain and support internal and external (Outreach) compendiums in the Mercy Health System Information Systems. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Laboratory Services. RequirementsEDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCEEducation and Work Experience:Must possess a high school diploma or GEDOne of the following: a B.S. and successful completion of an accredited Medical Technology Program; a B.S. in Chemistry, Biology, or other laboratory based Science and ASCP accreditation or equivalent; a B.S. in Chemistry, Biology, or other laboratory based Science and 5 years experience in a licensed Clinical Laboratory.
