Seeking an experienced supervisor to lead multiple job-sites, overseeing Foremen and ensuring carpentry work meets standards and deadlines.
Supervise field activities, assist in planning, and assign tasks to achieve project goals efficiently.
Monitor labor, materials, and costs; ensure safety compliance and proper equipment onsite.
Provide leadership, mentor Foremen, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
Conduct safety audits, resolve issues proactively, and ensure work adheres to policies and procedures.
Require 3-5 years of relevant experience, a Journeyman Carpenter license (if applicable), and proficiency in computer programs like Excel, Word, and BIM 360.
Must be physically capable of working in various weather conditions, lifting 75lbs., and working off ladders or lifts.
