Fisher Phillips is seeking an experienced Partner with 10+ years of experience and a portable book of business of ~$1M to join the Fort Lauderdale office. Looking for an entrepreneurial, driven individual who wants to grow their practice with the support and resources of a leading, specialized labor and employment law firm.
Compensation & Structure
Salary range: $200K - $350K (base — does not reflect total comp from O&R system and book)
O&R compensation system — transparent and fair, highly valued by lateral partner candidates
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (hybrid)
