We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Manager (RN) to oversee 24-hour operations of the Labor & Delivery unit. This leadership role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care , adherence to clinical standards, and effective team management within a fast-paced hospital environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care in maternal and newborn services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 leadership and management of the Labor & Delivery unit
• Ensure patient care meets established clinical standards and safety guidelines
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff and team members
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily operational workflows
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical teams, and leadership to improve patient outcomes
• Monitor and enhance patient satisfaction and quality metrics
• Support continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Maintain effective communication across departments

Must-Have Requirements

• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) Required
• Active RN License State of Nevada (or eligible)
• Minimum:
  • 2+ years clinical nursing experience
  • 1 2 years progressive leadership/management experience

Required Certifications

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support)
