Kforce has a client that is seeking a Labor/Data Analyst in Tysons Corner, VA. Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze labor market data, workforce trends, employment statistics, compensation benchmarks, and demographic information to support organizational planning and strategy
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide insights into workforce performance, labor availability, hiring trends, and market conditions
  • Conduct research on labor market conditions, industry trends, workforce shortages, and economic indicators
  • Identify patterns and trends within workforce and employment data and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Operations, and business leaders to support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives
  • Gather, clean, validate, and maintain data from multiple internal and external sources
  • Monitor key labor and workforce metrics and communicate findings to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and executive summaries
  • Support forecasting and predictive modeling efforts related to hiring needs, workforce supply and demand, retention, and labor costs
  • Assist in the development of workforce analytics strategies and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational policies and data governance standards

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
