Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Labor Compliance Administrator for a growing company in San Diego.
This is a T-H position
Pay is $35-$40 per hour DOE
Overview
The Labor Compliance Administrator supports Public Works and OCIP projects by ensuring compliance with labor laws, insurance program requirements, and contractual standards. This role manages documentation, monitors contractor and subcontractor adherence, and maintains audit‑ready records.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee labor and contract compliance for Public Works construction projects.
Manage OCIP (Owner-Controlled Insurance) documentation and reporting.
Data entry, review, and corrections of timecards
Maintain accurate, audit-ready compliance records
Prepare reports for compliance needs
Assist department leads as needed
Track compliance metrics and training
Qualifications
Experience working with Public Works construction contracts.
Strong knowledge of OCIP programs and labor compliance standards.
Knowledge of prevailing wage laws
Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
Strong computer proficiency in MS Office
2+ years of labor compliance experience (construction)
Experience with LCPtracker,/ eComply
Knowledge of prevailing wage laws (federal & California)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
