We are seeking a highly motivated Labor and Employment Law Attorney with 2-8 years' experience to join our practice. The ideal candidate will have litigation experience and be comfortable working with employers on employment counseling and compliance issues. Corporate transactional and/or construction experience are considered advantageous. The attorney will play a key role in serving our clients and contributing to the growth of our practice.Responsibilities Provide legal counsel and representation to employers on a wide range of labor and employment law matters, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, and compliance with state and federal regulations.Conduct legal research, draft legal documents and provide strategic advice to clients.Represent clients in litigation proceedings, including hearings, arbitrations and trials.Demonstrate strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills, and a strong work ethic.Requirements Admission to the State Bar of Minnesota.2-8 years of experience practicing law.Demonstrated interest in labor and employment law.Proven track record of success.Strong analytical skills and ability to provide strategic legal advice to clients.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Competitive salary commensurate with experience and any book of business.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, life, LTD and PFML insurances, HSA, 401(k), and PTO.Opportunities for professional development and advancement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
