Our client is seeking a 3+ years experienced Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney to handle employer-side counseling, investigations, and labor disputes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Advise public and private employers on employment and labor law matters.
  • Draft employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, and workplace policies.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and counsel on non-compete/trade secret issues.
  • Handle administrative charges and litigation involving discrimination, wage & hour, and restrictive covenant matters.
  • Manage multiple matters independently, support business development, and supervise staff/junior associates as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
  • Active Missouri law license in good standing with CLE compliance.
  • 3+ years of attorney experience, preferably in a law firm.
  • Strong litigation, communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience or interest in traditional labor matters such as union elections, bargaining, strikes, picketing, NLRB cases, and labor disputes preferred.
