Job Details

As a Plaintiff Litigation Attorney, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Representing clients in all stages of litigation, from initiation to resolution.
2. Conducting thorough and timely research and analysis of legal issues related to the case.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, responses, and settlement agreements.
4. Conducting depositions and preparing witnesses for depositions.
5. Representing clients in mediations and settlement negotiations.
6. Advocating for clients in court, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.
7. Collaborating with legal team members to develop case strategies.
8. Continuously updating knowledge on laws and legal developments affecting the company's industry.
9. Providing legal advice to clients on labor and employment issues.
10. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A current license to practice law.
3. A minimum of 5 years of plaintiff litigation experience.
4. Extensive knowledge and experience in labor and employment law.
5. Proven experience in conducting depositions and mediations.
6. Exceptional research, analytical, and legal drafting skills.
7. Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and team members.
9. Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.
10. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
11. Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision, while maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines.
