About the Opportunity:

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a labor and employment attorney to join its Denver office. This role offers a mix of traditional labor work and employment litigation, supporting employers in union and non-union environments across a range of industries.

This is a great fit for an attorney who enjoys hands-on client counseling, labor negotiations, and managing complex litigation from intake through resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise employers on union relations, collective bargaining, grievances, and arbitrations
  • Represent clients in employment litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage & hour issues
  • Defend administrative claims before agencies such as the EEOC and state civil rights commissions
  • Draft and enforce non-compete, confidentiality, and employment agreements
  • Counsel clients on compliance, workplace policies, disciplinary matters, and reductions in force
  • Conduct internal investigations and advise on risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of relevant labor and employment experience
  • Experience in both traditional labor and employment litigation is preferred
  • Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • Strong academic background
  • Admission to the Colorado Bar, in good standing
