What You'll Bring:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-risk obstetrics unit
- Epic EMR experience to ensure seamless documentation and communication
- Strong clinical skills in labor and delivery nursing
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and prioritize patient safety
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a teaching hospital setting
- Management of 200300 births per month
- Additional certifications such as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and specialized obstetric training
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Current RN license in good standing
- Relevant obstetrics and neonatal experience
Other Requirements:
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, & FHM
- Call as needed and flexibility to float to Mother/Baby units
- Weekend and night shift availability (Night 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
- Hospital-provided scrubs
