Exegistics is hiring Lab Technicians to support a magnet technology group within a highly advanced manufacturing operation.

This role is ideal for candidates who want exposure to specialized materials, testing processes, and technical lab environments beyond a standard QA role.
Compensation & Schedule
  • $24/hour
  • 12-hour DuPont rotating schedule (days & nights)
  • Extended time off built into the rotation
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support testing and analysis of advanced material components and samples
  • Prepare materials and assist with lab-based testing processes 
  • Record and track results in data systems with high accuracy 
  • Maintain lab equipment, cleanliness, and safety standards 
  • Assist with ongoing improvements in testing and lab procedures 
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in lab, manufacturing, or technical environments
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Interest in working in a specialized technical lab setting
  • Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule
