We provide quality resources in four specialty areas: Information Technology (IT), Clinical Research, Rehabilitation Therapy and Nursing.This is Contract position with my direct clientJob DescriptionJob Summary:• Test pharmaceutical and biological raw materials according to government and company standards.• Test in-process and finished pharmaceutical and biological Animal Health products according to government and company standards.• Perform laboratory support functions such as reagent preparation, cleaning and other duties as assigned.• Conduct testing on raw materials and finished pharmaceutical products following established test procedures utilizing analytical instrumentation.• Computer Data Acquisition Systems (CDAS) and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, CGMPs, Company Quality Standards and FDA/EU Guidelines.• Adhere to testing schedules to accomplish a high volume of critical work without compromising the integrity of the results.• Interact with colleagues within CCL. Very limited interaction with other departments.• Two year degree in a science based field, BS in Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry preferred with two or more year's analytical chemistry laboratory experience.• The candidate should posses excellent organizational, written, and oral skills and have basic computer skills.• Experience in an analytical chemistry testing laboratory performing wet chemistry testing or instrumentation testing including HPLC, AA and UV/Vis preferred.• Working familiarity with word and excel reqired and operational experience with Water's Empower data acquisition preferred.• Working knowledge of the US and European pharmacopeias preferred.QualificationsDesired Skills:• Analytical Equipment with 1-3 years of experience.• Analytical Techniques with 1-3 years of experience.• Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) with 1-3 years of experience.
