Hours: 6pm-6am, must be flexible to work any day of the week
Duration: Temporary to Possible Hire
JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Complete quality checks and forensic tests on visual, chemical and physical properties of product according to standard testing protocol and client specific requests
*Communicate all test results to manufacturing team during the print run and raise medium and high risks test results to management team
*Maintain information systems database and complete accurate records along with associated samples tested in designated folders and quality evidence sample area
*Assist Quality Manager to perform controlled samples and to collect data and to summarize results for pre-established quality assurance tests and design of experiment
*Assist with customer complaint and product failure investigation
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*High School diploma
*2+ years of Lab/QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent in a relevant discipline
*Basic computer and math skills required, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
*Must be able to stand/walk for 90% of the day, bend and lift light to medium materials weighing up to 50 lbs
*Must be able to reach material at or above shoulder height and have good dexterity
*Ability to work in fast-paced environment
