Duration: 12-Month Contract
Interview Requirement:
•Steel-toed shoes are required for the interview
Primary Responsibilities:
•Aseptically pull samples from production lines
•Prepare samples for sensory panel testing
•Record sensory panel data accurately
•Maintain documentation in audit-ready condition.
Secondary Responsibilities:
•Perform HPLC testing on finished products
•Test products and ingredients for pH, brix, density, and color
•Collect environmental monitoring samples
•Conduct microbiological swabbing of manufacturing lines
•Collect and test treated water and CIP water
•Stress test packaging materials
•Perform quality inspections of outbound trailers
•Daily calibration of laboratory instruments.
Requirements:
•Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience
•Experience in testing / quality / QC environment
•Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
•Science degree preferred
•Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
