Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

About the Role

Join a growing biotech manufacturing team as a Lab Technician, where you"ll play a key role in the production of antibody-based products. This hands-on position is ideal for individuals with laboratory or manufacturing experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. You"ll support production operations by dispensing solutions, preparing product kits, operating equipment, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense antibody solutions and other liquid products using precise pipetting and liquid-handling techniques.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to formulate products and verify formulation data, including concentrations, calculations, and lot numbers.
• Operate production equipment such as filling lines, labeling machines, and lyophilizers.
• Label, cap, package, and assemble product kits according to production requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete data entry in support of manufacturing activities.
• Store materials properly according to temperature and handling requirements.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain production equipment and work areas.
• Support day-to-day manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a laboratory, biotech, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with liquid dispensing and pipetting is required.
• Familiarity with GMP, GDP, aseptic techniques, and regulated production environments preferred.
• Ability to accurately follow SOPs, work instructions, and documentation requirements.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for measurements, calculations, and recordkeeping.
• Experience with automated filling equipment is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
