What’s more, they work with engineering teams to create hardware configuration test plans in support of software and AI solutions development.What you’ll achieve As a Lab Support Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for- Deploying innovative solutions and infrastructure for the product development engineering team and supporting their needs in the product development life cycle- You will partner with various teams in product engineering teams to understand their needs for infrastructure and solutions and deploy hardware, install, and configure network, manage software, troubleshoot across the stack (hardware, OS, network, software)- You will be responsible for building and supporting development and testing environments in our Next Generation Engineering Lab Infrastructure program for unstructured and file storage products.You will:- Be the SME for Shared Services Lab Operations Engineering team- Partner with the Product Engineering team in creating solutions for their requirements and needs- Build and support development and testing environments consisting of storage products, servers and switial Requirements - Deep knowledge of various hardware platforms, especially Dell PowerEdge platform- Hands on experience in deploying hardware - rack, stack, cable, install and configure- Practical experience with scale out architecture, preferably - installation, configuration, and troubleshooting- Hands on experience with networking products - Cisco, Arista, Dell switches- Physical installation of hardware- Technical configurations of systems (storage,
