Lab Production Manager – Phoenix, Arizona
Join an independent optical lab that's bringing a fresh vision to the industry. As our Optical Production Lab Supervisor, you'll help lead a dedicated team of 25 across two finishing shifts, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of quality and care. You'll work hand in hand with our Lab Manager to build a best-in-class environment where people and production thrive.
What you'll do
Partner with our customer service and outside sales teams to deliver top-quality products to every customer
Review the production schedule and adjust it as needed to keep work flowing smoothly
Operate and oversee advanced equipment from MEI and Satis Loh
Develop team members and support their growth alongside the Lab Manager
Drive continuous improvement across processes and finishing operations
Foster a positive, best-in-class working environment built on quality and care
What you'll bring
Must-haves
Hands-on experience working in an optical lab
A focus on production quality and attention to detail
Strong collaboration skills across teams
Nice-to-haves
Associate degree or optical school education
Familiarity with MEI and Satis Loh equipment
