Mease Dunedin Hospital Location: Dunedin, FL Status: PRN - Must be flexible evenings and nights shifts Shift Hours: Varies Weekend Work: Every Other On Call: No

Responsibilities -------------------

• Collecting, receiving, and processing of inpatient and outpatient specimens for testing
• Communications with nursing regarding patient specimens
• Referring specimens to outside laboratories
• Interaction with physicians, clients, and staff regarding referral lab tests
• Performance of phlebotomy procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned

Experience Required ----------------------

• 6 months of Phlebotomy Laboratory-related or related field experience
• Education Required:
• High School or equivalent
• Bachelors degree in a related field in lieu of experience

Credentials ----------------

• Drivers License
• Credential equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications ---------------------------

• Phlebotomy experience with BayCare
