The Lab Manager oversees multiple laboratories within the department. The Lab Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a laboratory facility. This position supervises lab staff, manage resources, and ensure that safety protocols and quality standards are followed. Lab Managers collaborate with researchers, maintain lab equipment, and organize lab supplies. They play a crucial role in maintaining a productive and efficient laboratory environment while promoting a culture of safety and adherence to protocols.
