TITLE: Lab Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist the chemistry and/or admin team on multiple tasks including, but not limited to: preservation, disposal, basic chemistry, sample kit preparation, inventory of consumable stock, safety checks, sample prep such as pouring/aliquoting of water samples.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Ability to work in a laboratory setting, follow direction, self-starter, detail oriented, work both independently and with a team. Basic computer skills are required. This role would preferably have a combination of basic lab and shipping/receiving experience with an ability for a high level of attention to detail during workstation/PC activities (Excel, internal AW systems, etc).
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION / EDUCATION
Highschool education
