Partners Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Lab Assembly Technician to support laboratory testing in response to post-market customer complaints. This role is ideal for candidates with laboratory or quality experience who are comfortable working in a regulated environment and following strict testing protocols.

Job Title: Lab Assembly Technician

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Pay rate: $21.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform laboratory testing of contact lenses in response to post-market customer complaints following established protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as Optispec, Marco JLR, and other testing equipment
  • Accurately document all test results in laboratory notebooks, iTrack system, and complaint investigation reports
  • Support root cause investigations through measurements, visual inspections, and material or parameter assessments
  • Ensure all testing activities comply with GMP, ISO 13485, and internal laboratory quality procedures
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment
  • Assist with equipment calibration, verification, and routine maintenance activities

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
  • Hands-on experience in a laboratory environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, or materials testing preferred)
  • Ability to operate analytical and testing equipment and follow detailed written test methods
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation practices
  • Familiarity with quality systems, GMP, or ISO 13485 is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple test requests within required timelines
