Provide L3 production support for enterprise data platforms built on Azure Data Lake| Databricks| PySpark pipelines| and TigerGraph| ensuring stability| performance| and SLA adherence.
Key Responsibilities
L3 support for ADLS| Databricks| PySpark jobs| and TigerGraph platforms
Perform deep RCA for data failures| performance issues| and incidents
Troubleshoot batchstreaming pipelines| Databricks clusters| workflows| and graph queries
Resolve data latency| quality| and ingestion issuesSupport production releases| hotfixes| and deploymentsGuide
L2 teams and maintain runbooksSOPsParticipate in oncall and shift-based support
Required Skills
