The Warehouse Operator is responsible for ensuring product availability, scheduling deliveries and maintaining records shipment and deliveries in order to provide the customer with professional logistic services.
Essential Functions:
- Operate a forklift in a safe and orderly manner
- Receive and store incoming items according to established system
- Maintain a safe and orderly storage arrangement for all items handled
- Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas
- Handles reloading and loading of trucks
- Must be able to pass Forklift Driving Skills test or currently posses Forklift Driving Certificate
- Work with quality control receiving inspector, Stock/Inventory. Picking orders for staging
- Assisting with other warehouse duties as need be.
- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Traits: Knowledge of FIFO, Cycle Count, Basic math skills and ability to read a spreadsheet
- Customer service environment, Ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility and good communication skills.
- Standing-Entire shift, Lifting up to 75 lbs. regularly
- Working in hot/cold temperatures-Occasionally
- Noise typical of a production environment
- Entire shift Required-Steel Toed Shoes.
- Due to onsite safety all candidates must fluent and able to read and write in either English or Spanish.
