Kinetic Potential (KP) is a mission driven for-profit organization, based in the Washington, DC area, that has a tremendous opportunity to expand its occupational skills training and community service offerings throughout the United States. 

Key Responsibilities


Kinetic Potential is seeking dynamic speakers and facilitators who can design and deliver professional workshops, keynote presentations, coaching sessions, and leadership development programs. Speakers will provide engaging learning experiences that build leadership capacity, strengthen professional skills, and support the growth of educators and staff.
Speakers may lead sessions such as:
  • Leadership development workshops
  • Professional learning programs for educators
  • Workforce development and career readiness sessions
  • Team-building and organizational development workshops
  • Coaching and mentoring sessions
  • Interactive professional development programs
Programs may include half-day workshops, full-day training sessions, group facilitation, coaching engagements, and immersive learning experiences designed to support organizational and leadership growth.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


Candidates must meet the following requirements:
  • Ability to design and deliver customized workshops and professional learning programs.
  • Experience facilitating interactive training, leadership workshops, or professional development programs.
  • Ability to collaborate with organizational leadership to develop programs aligned with strategic goals.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations, keynote sessions, and group learning experiences.
  • Strong ability to lead project-based learning, coaching sessions, and small-group facilitation.
  • Ability to participate in periodic meetings with program leadership to review feedback and improve programming.
  • Maintain professionalism and follow organizational policies while working in educational environments.
  • Ability to complete background checks when working in school environments.
