KO705 - Night Newborn Care Specialist - Valley Village, CA

New parents living in Valley Village LA are seeking an expert, certified Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) to provide comprehensive overnight care for their 11-week-old identical twin boys. The family is looking for coverage seven nights a week from 9pm to 7am. They are open to two reliable professionals forming a split-schedule care team (e.g., 3 and 4 nights, respectively) or one, depending on the candidate's preference. 

Core responsibilities include

• Managing all overnight feedings, soothing, and diaper changes
• Monitoring sleep patterns and maintaining a detailed nightly log
• The family requires light nursery support, specifically cleaning and sterilizing bottles and pump parts, as well as handling baby laundry.

• Communication: Excellent English to ensure seamless, clear communication with Mom.

• Intuitive Mindset: proactive but able to let mom take lead when needed

• Infant Experience: Deeply comfortable with newborns (multiples experience is a major plus).

• Dog Friendly: Genuinely loves dogs 

• Comfortable working in a home with dogs
• Must have proven experience with multiples
• Current infant CPR/First Aid certification

• $50-65 per hour but flexible for the right candidate
