Job SummaryThe Candidate shall provide Knowledge Management and staff support services to ACC A2 in support of intelligence enterprise management, operational coordination, staff integration, and mission support activities. The position supports ACC A2 planning, analysis, programming, budgeting, technical capabilities integration, unit engagement, and intelligence production activities across both classified and shall use knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, Task Management Tool (TMT), Enterprise Task Management Software, Defense Travel System (DTS), Air Force administrative processes, and collaboration platforms to support senior leadership and staff operations across ACC A2 divisions and branches.The position requires the ability to coordinate complex staff actions, manage executive-level communications and taskings, facilitate information flow across multiple organizations, and support operational and administrative processes critical to ACC intelligence mission execution.The Knowledge Manager shall use knowledge of and experience with Microsoft (MS) Suite, SharePoint, Defense Travel System, Unit Manning Documentation, Air Force Evaluation Management System, and Task Management Tool (TMT), EPMS, or other online tools to support ACC A2 staff planning, analysis, functional matter expertise, USAF intelligence enterprise management, programming, budgeting, technical capabilities, unit engagement, and intelligence production activities (both classified and unclassified) with dedicated Contractors during business hours at each of the nine ACC A2 work centers at Langley AFB, VA.Essential FunctionsTrack, coordinate, and manage staff packages, taskings, and workflow actions across ACC, subordinate units, Headquarters Air Force (HAF), other MAJCOMs, and external organizations using TMT, EPMS, and related collaboration tools.Support ACC A2 staff planning, administrative coordination, and organizational management functions to facilitate leadership decisions and mission execution.Serve as an advisor to senior leadership and management personnel supporting task management, coordination efforts, scheduling activities, and command support functions.Prepare staff packages, executive correspondence, briefings, bullet background papers (BBPs), emails, and decision-support materials in accordance with HQ ACC standards and Air Force guidance.Receive, consolidate, and synchronize staff inputs supporting Requests for Information (RFIs), data calls, operational taskers, and leadership inquiries.Support development, dissemination, and maintenance of briefing materials, reference products, SharePoint content, shared directories, and collaboration platforms.Schedule, coordinate, and execute meetings, VTCs, conferences, and working groups supporting ACC A2 leadership and operational staff.Prepare, process, and coordinate awards packages, evaluations, assessments, training documentation, and official correspondence using Air Force administrative systems and online applications.Coordinate leadership travel arrangements, orders, and vouchers utilizing Defense Travel System (DTS) and associated Government travel platforms.Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses supporting leadership assessments, program evaluations, operational initiatives, and organizational process improvements.Maintain calendars, schedules, conference facilities, records management programs, file plans, and organizational administrative continuity.Organize official and semi-official events, leadership engagements, distinguished visitor coordination, and personnel recognition activities.Maintain electronic records management processes and ensure compliance with applicable Air Force administrative and records management guidance.Draft and process official correspondence and executive communications in accordance with Air Force writing standards, including Tongue and Quill guidance and ACC administrative procedures.Position RequirementsKnowledge, Skills, and ExperienceActive TS/SCI government security clearance.Minimum of four (4) years of experience supporting Air Force, DoD, intelligence, or MAJCOM-level staff operations.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Defense Travel System (DTS), TMT, EPMS, collaboration tools, and Air Force administrative systems.Experience supporting executive-level staff operations, organizational coordination, and enterprise information management activities.Familiarity with Air Force intelligence organizations, operational staff processes, task management systems, and administrative workflows.Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate across organizations, and operate effectively in dynamic operational environments.Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-level products and official correspondence.Experience at the HAF, MAJCOM, or NAF level supporting intelligence or operational staff activities is highly desirable.EducationBachelor's Degree preferred.Additional years of relevant operational or staff experience may be considered in
