Job Overview:
The Knowledge Management Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining knowledge management strategies and systems to ensure the effective organization, sharing, and utilization of information within the organization. This role will involve collaboration with various teams to identify knowledge gaps, create documentation, and promote best practices for knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement knowledge management strategies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with teams to identify knowledge gaps and create solutions to address them.
• Maintain and update knowledge repositories to ensure information is accurate and accessible.
• Promote best practices for knowledge sharing and management across the organization.
• Train employees on knowledge management tools and processes.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in knowledge management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze and organize complex information effectively.
• Proficiency in knowledge management software and platforms.

Pay Range: $30- $35/hr W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
