Role Overview
In this role, you will help Client employees find, trust, and reuse critical business knowledge by improving the structure, quality, governance, and searchability of AKARI, Client’s Knowledge Management Platform, My Toolbox, Client’s Intranet, and related SharePoint-based knowledge sources. You will partner with AKARI stakeholders and My Toolbox SharePoint site owners to support content lifecycle management, site onboarding, training, troubleshooting, governance, adoption, and hands-on SharePoint Online configuration.
Key Responsibilities Knowledge Management, Governance & Content Quality - Develop and maintain knowledge management practices that support business needs, improve the employee user experience, and align with enterprise content standards.
- Assess existing content through inventories, audits, and gap analysis to identify opportunities to improve quality, relevance, and usability across AKARI and My Toolbox.
- Apply taxonomy, metadata, ownership, review cadence, version control, naming standards, and lifecycle practices to keep knowledge assets organized, current, and easy to find.
- Work with SMEs to turn complex or fragmented information into clear QRGs, SOPs, training materials, and support content employees can use with confidence.
Stakeholder Support, Training & Adoption - Act as a trusted partner for AKARI stakeholders, content owners, and My Toolbox SharePoint site owners.
- Lead training, office hours, onboarding, guidance, and customer support for users, SMEs, and content contributors.
- Help teams keep site content accurate and current while coordinating escalation for platform defects, enhancement requests, or code changes as needed.
SharePoint Administration, Findability & Lifecycle Management - Configure and maintain SharePoint Online sites, pages, libraries, lists, permissions, navigation, metadata, web parts, and content structures.
- Organize, consolidate, migrate, archive, retire, or remediate outdated SharePoint sites and knowledge repositories.
- Improve findability by using metadata, navigation, Microsoft Search, content health metrics, usage data, search analytics, zero-result searches, broken link reports, and stakeholder feedback.
- Strengthen AI-ready knowledge practices by improving content structure, metadata quality, ownership, and source reliability for enterprise search and Microsoft 365 experiences.
User Experience & Content Placement - Use user-centered design principles to improve site navigation, information architecture, content discovery, and content placement across AKARI, My Toolbox, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.

Added bonus if you have (Preferred):- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Search, or search analytics.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards, UX practices, content design methods, and user-centered design principles.
- Experience working in an enterprise intranet, digital workplace, or large corporate environment with distributed content ownership.
