About the Role:

The Knowledge Management Document Controller must provide multi-disciplinary service focusing on ensuring Plans of Record are complete and accessible for downstream design teams. This service includes tracking readiness requirements and collaborating with product development (PDI) teams to identify and resolve documentation gaps through task management and partner delegation.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist as a point of contact for product development team members and support timely responses to queries.
  • Assist in resolving questions related to internal processes and help escalate to Readiness needed.
  • Help align multiple stakeholders and document owners to ensure complete accounting of products and programs.
  • Provide support to the Readiness on newsletters and outfacing communications as requested.
  • Assist with consistent reviews of the status of products and programs during development phases.
  • Help identify and follow up on data gaps until closed and support the validation of reporting tools.
  • Help notify document owners on changes and inconsistencies, assisting with task assignments as needed.
  • Support the review and validation of automated status reporting to ensure accuracy.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelors in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience involving SQL, advanced spreadsheet formulas, JavaScript and/or Google App Script.
  • Experience as a construction project engineer and in project documentation closeout.
  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
