Team members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.Responsibilities and Qualifications:The responsibility of our Kitchen team member is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures.Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):* Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak in a friendly tone, make emotional connections* Provide craveable food by making it safe and following procedures* Ensure and maintain a clean and safe environment* Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and accurately, meeting Chick-fil-A standards* Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations: fries, breading, assembling, boards, dishes and food prep* Maintain cleanliness in all aspects of the restaurant: dining room, play area, rest room, foyer, kitchen, parking lot, etc.* Keep all stations stocked and clean; place trash and cardboard in outside dumpsters; maintain equipment* Other assigned duties, as all positions require teamwork and a willingness to serve others* Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures* Follow procedures to ensure Operational Excellence* Adhere to the vision and values of Chick-fil-A Bohemia* Follow Chick-fil-A uniform and appearance guidelines* Treat all team members and guests with honor, dignity and respectJob Qualifications:* Consistency and reliability* Cheerful and positive attitude* Heart to help others with strong sense of stewardship* Customer service oriented* Strong interpersonal skills* Passion for cleanliness and detail-oriented* Ability to multi-task* Coachable, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic* Work well independently and in a team environment* Communicate effectively with guests and team members* Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule* Have the ability to lift and carry 30-50 lbs on a regular basis* Have the ability to stand and work on their feet for several hours at a timeBenefits:It's a Great Place to WorkA job at Chick-fil-A is more than just a job; it's a stepping-stone to a successful future.
