Position Summary

Anderson Health Services is seeking reliable Kitchen Team Members to support daily meal preparation and service in a structured, professional kitchen environment serving young people in care.

This role is ideal for individuals who:

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with food preparation, meal service, and kitchen cleanup
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
  • Maintain clean workstations, storage areas, and equipment
  • Support breakfast, lunch, and dinner service as scheduled
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and leadership
  • Model professionalism, reliability, and respect in a youth-serving environment

Schedule & Hours

Kitchen operates 7 days per week

Shifts scheduled within 5:30 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Full-Time: Typically 32–40 hours/week
  • Part-Time: Typically 12–20 hours/week

Weekend rotation designed to support every-other-weekend off for full-time team members

Additional shifts may be available during peak service times
