Back of House Team Members play an important role in ensuring every guest receives the quality food and service Chick-fil-A is known for.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Learn and perform multiple kitchen stations including fries, breading, boards, assembling, and food preparation
• Stock and organize kitchen inventory as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment at all times
• Follow food safety and quality standards
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to leadership
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Follow Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and dress code
• Participate in training and stay up to date on procedures and new products
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry 30–60 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
