The Role:
We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Kitchen Supervisor to support our Executive Chef and help lead our back-of-house team. Perks include competitive hourly pay based on experience, paid training, and employee meal discounts.

What You'll Do:

• Help ensure all food is high-quality, consistent, and served on time
• Assist with ordering, inventory, and scheduling
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and organized
• Support hiring, training, and developing team members
• Create a positive, respectful, and productive kitchen culture

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of kitchen leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, organized, and eager to learn
