Altitude Trampoline Park in Odessa, Texas, is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic team member with a passion for service excellence and fun to join our team! The Kitchen Shift Manager ensures consistent food quality, safety, prompt service and efficiency in kitchen operations. They provide great service and great food for our guests, promote a safe and fun environment for all Altitude Trampoline Park guests, jumpers, and team.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages inventory so that all necessary ingredients and supplies are stocked for service
Provides training to staff
Maintains prompt service times, flow, and organization
Ensures cleaning standards and sanitation levels are maintained by staff
Identifies and reduces food and supply waste in the kitchen
Ensure food products and supplies are stored and handled in compliance with safety standards
Hands on food prep and cooking, managing consistency and quality
Works with food vendors, verifying food orders and deliveries
Ensure compliance with established Altitude Trampoline Park policies and procedures
Provide courteous customer service and responds to customer's questions, complaints or requests. Directs any unresolved issues to management.
Maintain an image of competence and professionalism to customers, employees and management
Serves as a leader and role model to staff at all times
Serves as a key holder and manages open/closing duties
Ensure staff is ready for work and understands assignments
Ensure that all concessions are stocked, prepared, at the required temperature, and ready to sell
Ensure appropriate cleaning supplies are stocked and ready to use
Work as a Shift Manager, Cashier, Party Host, Court Monitor, Greeter or Cleaner as needed.
Assist in fulfilling the daily deep cleaning schedule of the kitchen and note/report on daily findings of kitchen cleaning needs
Complies with and supports dress code at all times
Provides or performs other services or duties as needed

Food Manager and TABC certification within 30 days of hire
Ability to move about the park briskly, walk up and down stairs, stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
