Assistant Kitchen Manager position available at our 10 Patton Ave location:

We are a neighborhood burger joint serving 100% grassfed burgers. Our chefs partner with local farmers and ranchers to create a menu grown by the community. Whether we're creating a burger topped with our pork belly or finding a creative way to use the season's produce, we bring our passion to the table.  We are primarily a scratch kitchen, making our own sauces, real french fries, fresh grilled patties, and salads.

Job Types: Full-time (35-40) hours per week)

Pay: $23-$25 per hour

Farm Burger is Seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager/lead line cook

Responsibilities:

● assisting chef/kitchen manager in all aspects of the BOH

• Actively working grill or plating stations

● Engaging in the training of new staff

● Building relationships with local farmers and creating specials showcasing local

ingredients

● Managing food costs with proper purchasing, recipe/portion-size maintenance, and waste

management

● Writing and enforcing schedules for proper labor cost control

● Adhering to health code protocols and maintaining a well-organized, clean kitchen space

● Taking inventory and managing proper par levels

Qualifications

● Minimum of 1 year kitchen management experience

● Strong leadership skills and able to communicate effectively in a high volume, fast-paced

environment

● Experience with inventory management software a plus
