Kitchen Production Associate $18/hr

We are currently hiring for Kitchen Production Associates for a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This position requires candidates with prior food manufacturing or kitchen production experience.
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: 1st or 2nd shift (varies), early start times, long hours as needed
Responsibilities:
Prepare food products including cutting vegetables, cooking meats, and mixing ingredients
Follow recipes and production instructions accurately
Operate kitchen and food production equipment
Maintain cleanliness and follow all sanitation and safety standards
Lift and move heavy ingredients and materials throughout the shift
Work in a fast-paced environment with strong smells (onions, sauces, etc.)
Requirements:
Previous food manufacturing or commercial kitchen experience required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently (heavy lifting required)
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Must be able to follow instructions, recipes, and basic measurements
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Additional Info:
Early start times (as early as 5:00 AM for 1st shift / 3:30 PM for 2nd shift)
No set end time (production-based schedule)
PPE required and must follow company policies
