We're a locally owned, Mexican-influenced restaurant, coffee, and juice concept. 13+ years in San Antonio, four locations and growing. Our Broadway kitchen needs someone to run it. Not just cook the line. Run it.
What you'll do:
- Own daily kitchen operations: open to close, prep, line, and service
- Lead and hold the BOH team accountable. Schedule, train, and develop your crew
- Manage food cost, ordering, inventory, and waste
- Keep quality and portioning consistent across every ticket
- Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health standards. No shortcuts
- Jump on the line and expo during peak when the team needs you
What we need:
- Kitchen management experience (KM, sous, or BOH lead)
- Open and weekend availability
- A real handle on food cost, ordering, and inventory
- Someone who runs a tight, clean, organized kitchen and leads by example
- Food Handler / Manager certification a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Compensation is $21 $23/hour DOE, full-time.
