We're a locally owned, Mexican-influenced restaurant, coffee, and juice concept. 13+ years in San Antonio, four locations and growing. Our Broadway kitchen needs someone to run it. Not just cook the line. Run it.

What you'll do:

  • Own daily kitchen operations: open to close, prep, line, and service
  • Lead and hold the BOH team accountable. Schedule, train, and develop your crew
  • Manage food cost, ordering, inventory, and waste
  • Keep quality and portioning consistent across every ticket
  • Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health standards. No shortcuts
  • Jump on the line and expo during peak when the team needs you

What we need:

  • Kitchen management experience (KM, sous, or BOH lead)
  • Open and weekend availability
  • A real handle on food cost, ordering, and inventory
  • Someone who runs a tight, clean, organized kitchen and leads by example
  • Food Handler / Manager certification a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Compensation is $21 $23/hour DOE, full-time.
