What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a chef, kitchen manager, or sous chef in a high-volume kitchen
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while leading a team
Strong attention to detail, organization, and food safety practices
Excited about working the line and supporting the team hands-on
Ability to problem-solve, communicate effectively, and adapt to challenges
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Availability to work weekends and evenings, with opportunities for seasonal or year-round work
Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including raw seafood. Train, educate and monitor/assess staff to continuously promote growth and skill development across all positions while maintaining quality and consistency. Manage inventory, assist with ordering, prep and cook menu items, problem-solve and adapt in a dynamic, high-volume atmosphere.
Lead and oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in a fast-paced setting
Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and service
Work hands-on with fresh seafood, executing our menu with precision and creativity
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and strict food safety standards

Collaborate with ownership and team members to continuously improve processes and menu execution
