We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee all culinary operations at Ely Park Golf Course.
- Manage daily kitchen activities across the clubhouse restaurant, banquet, and on-course outlets, ensuring high food quality and safety standards.
- Handle inventory management, ordering, and cost control to optimize operational efficiency.
- Lead and motivate kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and professional development.
- Develop creative menus with consistent presentation and plating standards.
- Maintain excellent communication with team members and guests, ensuring a positive experience.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health inspections.
- Report to the Food & Beverage Director or Club Manager, monitoring KPIs like food/labor costs and member satisfaction.
Skills & Attributes: Leadership, organization, strong communication, flexibility, experience with POS/software, and creative menu development.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in hot environments.
Compensation: $23.00/hour, with availability on early mornings, nights, weekends, and event days.
