As a Morning Machines Team Member at Chick-fil-A, you play an essential role in preparing the kitchen for a successful day of service. This position is responsible for supporting morning kitchen operations by handling chicken prep tasks, maintaining equipment cleanliness, and ensuring all areas meet strict food safety and sanitation standards. This role requires urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment.

Your Impact

• Participate in a fast-paced, upbeat environment preparing safe, tasty food with state of the art equipment
• Maintain a clean work environment with high standards and expectations
• Join a team of over 80+ Team Members that focuses on growth, personal and professional development
• Prepare and handle chicken product, including picking up and organizing raw product for morning operations
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and food-safe work environment at all times
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, including scraping filters and “hinnys”
• Perform boil-outs and deep cleaning tasks on machines and kitchen equipment as scheduled
• Ensure all prep and machine areas are properly sanitized and ready for daily operations
• Work with urgency to keep pace in a fast-moving kitchen environment
• Self-manage tasks and stay proactive without constant direction
• Support overall kitchen readiness and help set the team up for a smooth, efficient service period
• Upper management and leadership opportunities including Team Leader, Assistant Director and Director
• Enhance guest experience with attentive service, personalized interactions, and understanding of guests’ needs

Background Profile

• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace--hustle is a must!
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
• Available: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Positive attitude, coachable
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
