Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a specific business area (Marketing, HR, Training, Kitchen, Hospitality) to drive operational results.
  • Develop, mentor, and coach Team Leaders and Assistant Directors for effective leadership.
  • Ensure food safety, quality, and sanitation standards are consistently maintained.
  • Monitor guest experience and operational performance to ensure exceptional hospitality.
  • Collaborate with other Directors to achieve sales, labor, and service goals.
  • Oversee training programs and onboarding processes for Team Leaders and key staff.
  • Identify operational efficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrate Chick-fil-A’s core values in all interactions.
  • Support Team Leaders and Team Members during peak operations as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Significant leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or customer service; prior Director-level experience preferred.
  • Strong strategic, operational, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
