Key Responsibilities

• Lead successful shifts.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for specific director roles.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Training and Development

• Train, coach, and mentor team members and trainers.
• Collaborate with the Training Director to ensure adequate training for all team members.
• Identify ongoing training opportunities for team development.

Operational Excellence

• Work with the Operations Director to achieve proper scheduling and labor productivity.
• Set and communicate daily goals with your team.
• Ensure food safety compliance with Chick-fil-A Brand Standards and local health regulations.

Sales and Profitability

• Help implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Lead by example and inspire your team to follow suit.
• Collaborate with fellow directors to enhance systems and procedures.
