The Role: Master of the Craft

We are looking for a leader who isn't afraid to get in the trenches but has the vision to lead from 30,000 feet. You will be the guardian of our "Gold Standard," ensuring every meal is a gift to our guests.

• Culinary Leadership: Oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and quality are never compromised.
• Operational Velocity: In a high-growth environment, speed is essential. You’ll optimize kitchen flow and systems to keep up with our record-breaking demand.
• Team Empowerment: You don't just manage a kitchen; you grow people. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and inspiring a world-class culinary team.
• Strategic Impact: Partner with the Owner/Operator and the Director of Operations to manage inventory, food costs, and labor productivity to fuel our continued growth.
