Kitchen Designer | Port Charlotte, FL
We seek for our client a dynamic Kitchen Designer with proficient kitchen design skills, leadership qualities and sales experience to join our clients team. Bring your expertise to this established company that has been in the market for over two decades.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative design of kitchen remodel projects
- Overseeing and handling the overall client experience
- Developing and reviewing layouts for input into 20/20 Design to create designs, and renderings and to determine costs
- Strong client presentation skills
- Placing orders to the factory and outside vendors for projects
- Finalizing site dimensions, reviewing scope of work with the installation supervisor
- Tracking orders and coordinating schedules
- On-going site visits on active jobs to review layout details with installers, resolving any questions, issues, or concerns as they arise
- Gracious Customer service (before/after install)
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in interior design, architecture, sales or related field is preferred
- 3+ years of kitchen design and sales experience
- Proficient with 20/20 design software
- Experience leading a design showroom or design studio, preferable in the kitchen and bath sector
- Strong knowledge of custom kitchen design and installation
- Strong sales abilities and relationship-building with clients/customers
- Strong team leadership
- Ability to effectively communicate to customers/clients and team members
- The ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors and customers
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual Base Salary + Benefits Package

- Showroom is only open Monday through Friday
